I am Mitchel. 21 years on me. INFP, Pan, transgender, genderqueer and male. I like dinosaurs, kittens, rainbows, and hugs. I have a phobia of being in planes also. I was told by my campus clinic to take a benadryl and have an alcoholic drink. The anti-anxiety meds would have been too strong for me to take and will be on a plane soon too on the 3rd .-.„ - Wish u the best!

My fear isn’t very intense, but it’s enough to make me panic a bit when the plane is ascending/descending. I can’t be near the windows. <3 Thanks.
